Installation housing, HaloX® 250

HaloX® 250 with tunnel 325 for in-situ concrete (1283-40). The dimensionally stable HaloX® system has a modular design for use in in-situ concrete. Three housing diameters with a variety of round, square as well as universal front parts enable the integration of luminaires and loudspeakers up to an installation diameter of 250 mm – even in exposed concrete. With tunnels, the system offers sufficient space to accommodate control gear, e.g. LED drivers. Optional extension rings serve to increase the installation depth. All front parts are moisture-repellent and can be precisely positioned and nailed in place even before the first reinforcement is laid. Casing and front parts are locked together in a force-fit and stable manner and can also be freely aligned at a later date. Thanks to the tool-free opening technology with combination entry M20/M25, pipes can be inserted easily and quickly and even in the event of incorrect use, the entry can be closed again easily. It offers secure pipe retention with depth stop, so that subsequent internal shortening of the pipes is not necessary. After grouting, front parts with a defined installation diameter can be opened by a targeted hammer blow. The front parts for universal opening dimensions can be filled on or over. The desired installation opening is then created using conventional milling tools, e.g. MULTI 4000. Type of installation: In-situ concrete|Max.
